Todd N. Palumbo, M.D., MBA

Dr. Palumbo’s psychiatric career has focused on serving the mental health needs of the Greater Cincinnati community. Prior to joining the Lindner Center of HOPE, Dr. Palumbo was evaluating and treating patients that presented to the psychiatric emergency room through Psychiatric Professional Services, Inc., University of Cincinnati Department of Psychiatry and at Cincinnati’s VA Medical Center. In other experience, Dr. Palumbo evaluated and treated patients, provided medication management and collaborated with therapists at Central Clinic’s Children’s Diagnostic Center and at Talbert House.

Having completed a fellowship with the Institute for Psychiatry and Law, University of Cincinnati Department of Forensic Psychiatry, he has presented numerous times locally on the integration of psychiatry and the law including the subject of false confessions. He has presented on a national level.

Dr. Palumbo was named the Phillip J. Resnick Scholar two years consecutively by the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law (AAPL).

His professional memberships include the American Psychiatric Association and AAPL.

Prior to joining the staff at the Lindner Center of HOPE, Dr. Palumbo contributed to residency education as a supervisor to resident psychiatrists in the psychiatric emergency room.
