Treatment Teams
Recognizing individual needs, motivational sources, and life circumstances, clinicians at Sibcy House at Lindner Center of HOPE develop flexible strategies to achieve treatment goals with the resident in mind. This is accomplished through the treatment team. Treatment teams form the foundation of resident care at Sibcy House. Treatment teams consist of members from a variety of disciplines including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, occupational/recreational therapists and dieticians. This ensures a comprehensive treatment strategy that will nurture a patient’s biological, psychological, and spiritual needs.
At Sibcy House the treatment teams meet with the resident on a regular basis to develop and implement an individualized treatment plan that focuses on the resolution of symptoms, management of risk factors that contributed to the hospitalization, and addressing discharge needs including assistance with transition of care to their outpatient providers and addressing family, vocational/educational and housing needs as appropriate.
